The 7 Aspects of a Perfect Business (7 องค์ประกอบในการเลื่อกธุรกิจ)

Peter Drucker says,
"When joining a Company.
What you really need to look at are 7 things."

1.The company
2.The products.
3.The plan.
4.The trends
5.The timing.
6.The team.
7.The management.

But before we go to this, I will talk about the 5 types of Network Marketing businesses.

1.The Already Giants.

This group will include the Big names such as...Amway, Herbalife, Nuskin, Shaklee. These are fine companies
that have been around for more than 20 years and will probably be around for a lifetime to come. If you just want a company to get money, you can pick any company from this category. However, if you want the BIG bucks, you must think before getting in this company. The first company i knew was Amway. I was so excited since the 1st day i sat in there back when i was around 23 years old. At that time, i saw that, well, it IS the no.1 company with the biggest sales. So why not do this company then? After awhile, i was wrong. I knew that everyone was doing or has done it before. Being the 1st company in the business, it had it's drawbacks, and only a 5% chance that you'd become 1 of the big guys which took really really long for a shy person like me back then. After 4 years in the business, i really felt that nothing changed in my life. I had to move on....

2.The Snail Growers
These companies are probably the no-namers. Not many people knew them, mainly because of their low-growth-slow-growth. If you join this kind of company, you're never gonna make the BIG name for you and your family. I was working on the inside of a Malaysian company last year, and i could see that the products were excellent. You could see the results in 3 days! but everything else in the company was so bad. The plan was a unilevel. And i saw the 1st guy in the company, owning all the downlines in the company had only around 50,000 baht... that seems so outrageous. The management team, to me really did not think BIG at all. They even argue about getting the cutting costs instead of smart investing. It's sad, and i did NOT want to waste more time in that company.

3.The Money Games
Money games around for ages, and of course will continue to come and launder money from us. You can never tell in which ways they're gonna come at you. I've got a friend that lost a LOT of money from a company called Sunshine just recently. They had no products and wanted you to invest to have more money given back to you. So don't fall for it ladies and gentlemen!

4.The Supersalesman type.
Do you really think that the majority of people like to sell stuff? I really don't think so. Only 15-20% of the world's population like to sell. I know for sure that i don't. Therefore, if only the minority like to sell, how is the company going to make it? If you have to constantly sell sell sell and push push push, before you know it, you will be down for the count.

5.The Emerging Giants.
Now, these companies are the companies that I am looking for. The ones that are still in its pioneer stage waiting for us to seize the oppurtunity. These companies don't come very often. Probably every 10 years or so! They are destined to become the new Giants in the future ahead...

Ok so now you know, which company to join.
The Emerging Giants...

An emerging Giant would of course cover all of the 7 things i mentioned earlier.

1. The company.
In choosing a company, you would want to choose a company that is debt-free. How do you know it's debt free? Well, one way is to see how many countries they are already in. If they are only in 5-7 countries in 5-7 years, then I can tell that it's already a low-growth-slow-growth type. What you want is to get a company that has more than 30 countries in less than 3 years. That way the risk is already broken into many many countries, making it risk-free. You would also want to choose a country that's not just local but international as well as created in a developed country rather than a developing country.

2.The products.
The product should not be a copy of a copy of a copy. It should be re-inventive, creative, and innovative. Exclusive and Unique would be another 2 words that would make the product stand out of hundreds of other companies.

3.The compensation plan.
The money should be realistic, seeable, reachable as quickly as possible. The money should be unimaginably huge. The money should be everlasting. The plan should be easy and not require to be a super salesman.

4.The trends.
Trends come and go. Its the age where Baby-boomers are in their 50's and 60's. The want to look younger, therefore money is not a problem. Fitness are more popular. Spa's are getting more popular. If you're going to do business. Do something that fits the trends. People have less time these days and want everything more convenient. The more convenient the product is, the better.

5.The timing.
I was wrong when i picked Amway to begin with. I did not have knowledge back then, because i thought that the bigger the company, the better. It's not always that way to me now. If you know there's a company that just got started, and if you know this company that just got started had a good record, innovative products, a fast-fair-fullfilling compensation plan, then you have to take it right away. That is called timing. It's useless if you're at the end of an already big company.

6.The team.
Or sometimes, I'd like to call it the system. If you are a noob, then what you need is a professional team that can help you. You need a system to plug yourself and your team in. What this does, is it saves your time. You do not have to learn every single product and start going out and explaining everything yourself. If there is a professional team with a flawless system, then it will make you achieve what you want in a matter of only months.

7.The management
Some companies just flow for no apparent reason. That reason is mostly because you get a management team that sucks. You have to keep your eye out who the CEO and his staff are from. What they have done before this company started. If they used manage a huge successful company before, chances are that they are going to make this new company successful as well.

Now that you know the 7 components of a Perfect Business. You might want to search for it.
However, you'll find out that rarely no business fits all 7 categories, unless it's Agel.
Really? Agel has all of the 7 aspects?
